Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic NPD Engineer (Fresher) to join our New Product Development team in the sheet metal automotive components manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in new product development and product launch activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Tool Room departments.
• Support the preparation of APQP and PPAP documentation.
• Assist in preparing Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Support prototype development, sample inspection, and product trials.
• Maintain product development records and technical documentation.
• Follow up on development schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of quality documentation and product development is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Freshers with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering can apply.
