Junior Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off from plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Identify, list, and organize materials, equipment, and system requirements for bidding
• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-off sheets
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure all bid requirements are captured
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material specifications and pricing
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other bidding documents
• Organize and maintain bid files, drawings, quotations, and supporting documents

About you

• Graduate of EE, ECE, or related Engineering course

• Must be able to read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications

• Knowledge of quantity take-off and cost estimation

• Proficient in MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical

• Experience in construction, systems integration, FDAS, security systems, ICT, or auxiliary systems is an advantage

• Willing to work in a fast-paced bidding and project environment
