The Opportunity

This is a unique role where you'll build a broad skillset from day one. You'll work closely with the Technical Team across three connected disciplines: keeping data safe and recoverable, controlling who can access it and stopping it from leaking out. You don't need to walk in an expert in all three. You'll be mentored, paired with senior team members and given real ownership as your skills grow, while constantly learning new things, updating your knowledge and researching new Digital/Cloud technologies. Accutech strongly encourages personal development and invests in new learning. Key Responsibilities

• Data Protection-Resiliency : Help design, implement and maintain data storage and recovery systems that ensure business continuity. You'll learn to protect critical data from loss by supporting backups across servers, virtual machines and cloud environments, with a key focus on preventing data damage and enabling rapid restoration. Key Technologies: Veritas, Cohesity, Veeam etc.
• Identity and Access Management-Governance : Help secure enterprise digital identities and systems. You'll learn to automate user provisioning, apply least-privilege principles and manage the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, working toward Zero Trust practices like conditional access and continuous verification. Key Technologies: Broadcom-CA, MS EntraID Governance, Okta, Vessa etc.
• Data Loss Prevention-Control : Help design and maintain systems that keep sensitive data from misuse or theft. You'll learn to build and tune DLP policies across endpoints, network, and cloud and get exposure to real-world insider-threat monitoring.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills Required

• MSc Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, from a Polytechnic School (NTUA,UPATRAS,TUC etc).
• Good command of the English Language (written & verbal).
• Basic Knowledge of Common OS and Cloud Platforms.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
• Fulfilled military obligations.
