What they need
- identify and evaluate new machines and modern manufacturing technologies.
- Develop innovative ideas to improve production methods and machine efficiency.
- Plan and support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Develop new manufacturing layouts and improve existing production processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvement.
- Conduct machine trials and evaluate performance.
- Reduce production waste, downtime, and operating costs.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management teams to implement new projects.
- Support continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
