Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Assist in RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing activities.
• Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and vendors.
• Check material quality, workmanship, and construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.
• Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and material planning.
• Identify site issues and report them to senior engineers for resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work-related documentation.
• Ensure work is completed as per project schedules and instructions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site execution.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
• Experience in residential or commercial construction is preferred.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of RCC construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work at project sites.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors and site teams.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: As per experience, skills, and company standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
