- Supervise and manage formwork/shuttering activities at the construction site.
- Ensure proper execution of formwork as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, dimensions, and safety of formwork before concreting.
- Maintain quality and safety standards and resolve site-level formwork issues.
