Junior Engineer - New Meter Installation

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out new meter installation at customer premises.
• Conduct site visits and verify site readiness for new connections.
• Install, test, seal and commission electrical meters as per company procedures.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and internal teams for timely completion of new connections.
• Identify and resolve field-level issues related to meter installation and new connections.
• Verify meter details, installation status and required documentation.
• Maintain daily installation, pending and completion reports.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for service connections, meter replacement and related field activities.
• Maintain accurate records of meter installation and new connection activities.
