Junior Engineer (PCBA Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Graduate with an Engineering background to join our PCBA Manufacturing team. Candidates who are able to speak Chinese are preferred. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and gain hands-on experience in SMT, DIP, PCBA production processes, troubleshooting, quality control, and process improvement

Key Responsibilities

1. Support daily PCBA manufacturing and production activities.

2. Assist in monitoring and improving SMT/DIP production processes.

3. Learn and understand PCBA manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow.

4. Assist in troubleshooting production, machine, and process-related issues.

5. Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.

6. Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Candidates with internship experience in electronics, semiconductor, PCBA, SMT, or manufacturing will have an added advantage.

4. Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred due to communication with China-based management/technical teams.
