Junior Engineer - Power Plant Mechanical Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• High pressure Boiler 150 TPH CFBC and Turbine 60 MW.
• Boiler Pressure part replacement, Economiser,superheater , safety valves
• Coal feeder overhauling
• High pressure valve overhauling #class 2500
• PA/SA/ID fan PM and overhauling
• Vertical Pump maintenance and overhauling
• Horizontal pumps Maintenance, overhauling.
• Alignment of TG and Pumps
• Boiler feed pump overhauling make Sulzer
• Turbine High pressure valve overhauling Like AOP ,GOP, LOP, CEP.QCNRV etc
• Cooling tower Gear box and Fan blade replacement
• Day to day PM of Boiler and Turbine with Auxiliary Equipments.
• The Candidate should be capable to handle independently Maintenance and Overhauling activities and Trouble shooting related equipment issues

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma mechanical Qualified
• Candidate should be from Local Gujarat.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
