Junior Engineer-Proposals-EPP

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Reviews inquiry files to ensure that complete information is available; provides direction and advice as to proposal preparation; sets targets for completion and follows up activities to ensure satisfactory progress. Critically analyzes all draft proposals in relation to the text, costing, commercial details, and compliance with client specifications, internal and external technical and quality standards. Liaises with the Engineering, Sales and other departments, also with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to obtain the input required to produce the optimum proposal Keeps abreast of developments in the technology, process, and the market; shares knowledge with other engineers; contributes to the overall departmental objectives. Participates in technical meetings with the client, vendors, and sub-contractors as required; performs any other duties related to his area of expertise.
