Junior Engineer (Radio Base Station Maintenance)

Responsibilities:

• Perform operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of Radio Base Station (BTS) systems.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and functional verification of radio and site equipment.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors on fault investigations, system enhancements, and upgrades.
• Support implementation, testing, and acceptance of new equipment and system changes.
• Assist in developing operational procedures, workflows, and field safety guidelines.
• Participate in shift duties to support 24x7 field operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or in Telecommunications, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in radio network operation, maintenance, or field service support.
• Knowledge of BTS systems and wireless telecommunications networks.
• Familiarity with Spectrum Analyzer, PIM Tester, TEMS, MapInfo, HTML, and Shell Scripting is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
• Willing to work on a shift roster for 24x7 operations.
• Holder of Hong Kong Driving Licence Classes 1 & 2 is preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
