Junior Engineer- Technical Coordinator

• Work Scheduling & Oversight: Monitor daily work schedules, task assignments, and overall team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare routine reports, service logs, and comprehensive documentation summaries for client .
• Complaint Management: Maintain structured records for complaint registrations, coordinate resolutions, and follow up promptly with team members.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage material and spare parts inventory levels, track usage, and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Technical Support: Apply minimal technical knowledge to accurately understand machinery setups, equipment usage, and on-site material requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Degree, ITI (Industrial Training Institute), or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Technology.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field, specifically focusing on Maintenance and Projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic technical comprehension of mechanical systems and materials.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
