• Conduct regular safety inspections of common areas, shops, service areas, parking areas, and back-of-house areas.

• Monitor compliance with fire safety, emergency preparedness, and occupational safety procedures.

• Conduct regular checks of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire alarms, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.

• Ensure all emergency exits, fire exits, and escape routes are accessible and clearly marked.

• Coordinate fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and safety awareness programs.

• Identify potential hazards and take corrective/preventive action.

• Report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions and maintain proper records.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams on safety-related matters.

• Ensure contractors, vendors, and mall staff follow prescribed safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with fire rescue, ambulance, police, and other emergency services when required.

• Maintain safety inspection reports, incident reports, drill records, and compliance documentation.
