We are currently hiring a Junior Enrollment Manager to join our team representing AT&T products and services. This role is perfect for someone looking to break into sales and business development while gaining hands-on experience working directly with customers and clients. You’ll be trained in all aspects of sales, account management, and customer relations.

Junior Enrollment Manager Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to present and promote AT&T products and services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
• Assist with customer onboarding, account updates, and follow-ups
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with team members to achieve individual and group sales goals
• Track and report sales performance and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques
