The opportunity:

We’re looking for a Junior ERP Administrator to join the ERP team at FXR Factory Racing. This role supports the day-to-day administration of the company’s NetSuite ERP system and its connected integrations, and serves as the first point of contact for NetSuite requests and issues across the business. The Junior ERP Administrator reports to the ERP Supervisor, works alongside the ERP Administrator, and contributes to larger ERP projects and improvements as part of the team.

This is a developmental position. The role begins with core NetSuite administration, including user accounts, roles and permissions, saved searches, workflows, data imports and cleanup, and integration monitoring. With experience, responsibilities expand to broader ERP administration and integration work. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and works well within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to day-to-day NetSuite support requests and tickets, troubleshooting issues and escalating to the ERP Administrator or ERP Supervisor as needed
• Administer NetSuite user accounts, roles, and permissions, including access changes for onboarding and offboarding
• Build and maintain saved searches, custom fields, forms, and simple workflows under the direction of the ERP team
• Monitor integration health between NetSuite and connected systems (e.g., Celigo, Shopify, RF-Smart, NuOrder, SPS Commerce, and internal tools), and resolve or escalate errors and data discrepancies
• Monitor FTP/SFTP connections and scheduled data exchanges with vendors, partners, and internal systems
• Perform routine data validation, cleanup, CSV imports, and mass updates to maintain data integrity
• Assist with testing NetSuite releases, upgrades, new features, and integration changes
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, integrations, and common fixes
• Support end users with NetSuite questions and provide basic training on the system
• Contribute to larger ERP projects, including configuration, data preparation, and testing, as directed by the ERP Supervisor
• Assist the IT Support team with tickets related to ERP access, data, and system connectivity
• Follow established IT policies, change control practices, and security procedures

• SPS Commerce
• ConnectWise
• Asana
• Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, OneDrive, etc.)
• Other internal systems and platforms as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience administering or supporting NetSuite in a business environment
• Working understanding of ERP concepts and core business processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, inventory, and financials
• Comfortable with data: spreadsheets, CSV imports, basic validation and cleanup
• Exposure to system integrations, or a strong interest in how systems exchange data
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to document procedures and explain solutions to non-technical users
• Eagerness to learn and take direction
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SQL is an asset
• Retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or e-commerce experience is an asset
