Job Description: Trainee / Junior EV Technician (0–1 Year Experience) Position: Trainee / Junior Electric Vehicle (EV) Technician Department: Service & Maintenance Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry-level (0–1 year) Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic, safety-minded Trainee / Junior EV Technician to join our technical team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent vocational graduates, ITI/diploma holders, or mechanics transitioning into electric mobility. Under the guidance of senior technicians, you will learn and assist with routine maintenance, diagnostic checks and mechanical/electrical servicing across electric scooters, motorcycles. Required Qualifications & Experience Requirement Description Experience 0 to 1 year of practical experience or internship in automotive, electrical, or EV maintenance. Freshers with relevant technical training are welcome. Education ITI in Motor Vehicle Mechanic / Electrician, Diploma in Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering, or High School Diploma with a recognized vocational certificate. Basic Knowledge Basic understanding of AC/DC circuits, battery fundamentals (Li-ion/Leadacid), and standard hand/power tool usage. Driver's License Valid driving license (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler, depending on fleet type) for vehicle testing. Key Competencies & Soft Skills • Eagerness to Learn: Strong interest in electric vehicle technology and desire to build a career in green mobility. • Safety Consciousness: High discipline regarding electrical safety protocols and shop floor hazard management. • Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well alongside senior mechanics and service managers. • Communication: Basic clear verbal and written reporting skills for service logging and customer updates.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
