Junior Event Execution Executive

• We are hiring a Junior Event Execution Executive who is passionate about the events industry and interested in working on live events, exhibitions, corporate events, activations, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end event execution.
• Coordinate with production, creative, logistics, and vendor teams.
• Support event setup, branding, fabrication, and installation.
• Assist during rehearsals, event launches, conferences, and live events.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist with venue inspections and event-day requirements.
• Monitor event execution as per approved plans and timelines.
• Support the team in resolving on-ground operational challenges.
• Assist with post-event dismantling and closure activities.
