Junior Event Executive

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Event Executive to join our events team. The role will involve supporting the planning, coordination and on-ground execution of events. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a background in Event Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing events as per the approved plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams and internal departments.
• Assist with venue setup, branding, dcor, event materials and equipment.
• Support event logistics and movement of materials.
• Coordinate on-ground activities during live events.
• Assist with guest registration and attendee management.
• Monitor event requirements and ensure timely execution.
• Handle last-minute operational requirements during events.
• Assist in post-event wrap-up and reporting.
• Maintain event checklists and operational documentation.

Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Event & Hospitality Management or related Event specialization.
• 01 year of experience.
• Freshers with relevant educational background can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with field/on-ground event work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.
