Junior Event Manager

If you’re organised, energetic and enjoy being around people, this could be an excellent first step into the events industry.

We’re looking for a Junior Event Manager to join our Liverpool team. You’ll learn how events are planned, coordinated and delivered while working closely with customers, colleagues and event partners.

You don’t need a background in events. What matters is your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to stay organised when things get busy.

Your Day Could Include

• Helping coordinate events from initial planning through to delivery
• Communicating with customers to understand their requirements
• Supporting event schedules, bookings and arrangements
• Working with different teams to make sure events run smoothly
• Assisting with event-day setup and coordination
• Handling customer questions professionally
• Helping resolve unexpected issues quickly
• Keeping track of tasks, deadlines and event details
