Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Event Operations Trainee who wants to build a career in the events industry. The candidate will work closely with the event operations team and gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination, logistics, and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with event planning and execution.
• Support venue setup and event-day activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Assist with event materials, equipment, and logistics.
• Support guest registration and event coordination.
• Maintain event checklists and schedules.
• Assist in coordinating manpower and event requirements.
• Provide on-ground support during events.
• Follow event timelines and operational instructions.
