Junior Events Associate

• We are looking for a motivated Junior Events Associate to join our event team and assist with the successful planning and execution of events, exhibitions, corporate programs, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the event team in day-to-day operational activities.
• Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
• Assist with venue setup, branding, dcor, and event materials.
• Support event logistics and transportation arrangements.
• Assist with guest registration and attendee management.
• Maintain event-related documents and checklists.
• Provide on-ground assistance during events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in post-event activities and reporting.
