Junior Events Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, event partners and internal teams.
• Support event setup, venue coordination, registration and on-ground activities.
• Assist with logistics, event materials, equipment and manpower coordination.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors as required during events.
• Ensure smooth execution of event activities as per timelines.
• Support the team in managing event-day requirements and last-minute changes.
• Prepare basic event-related reports, checklists and documentation.
• Travel to event venues as required.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors and team members.

Candidate Profile : -

• Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Event & Hospitality Management or related Event specialization.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Freshers with relevant educational background can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with field/on-ground event work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.
