Zusammenfassung
Die Hauptfunktion des Junior Exchange Consultants besteht darin, bei der Bereitstellung von IT-Infrastruktur-Consulting und speziell im Bereich Microsoft Exchange zu unterstützen. Ziel ist es, die Integration und den Betrieb von Exchange Online für Kunden zu optimieren und sicherzustellen.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Zuarbeit bei der Bestandsaufnahme und Unterstützung bei Interviews
- Sicherstellung des Terminnachhalts
- Erstellung von Protokollen, Handouts und Fehlerlisten
- First-Level-Support im Probeechtbetrieb und GoLive
Must Haves:
- Mindestberufserfahrung von 24 Monaten im IT-Infrastruktur-Consulting
- Gute Anwender- und Grundkenntnisse in Exchange Online (M365) sowie Outlook
- Mindestens 2 vergleichbare Projekte (je mind. 3 Monate) im Bereich MS-Infrastrukturprojekte
Nice to Haves:
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Software, bevorzugt BlueAnt
- Nachweis über Dokumentation und Support in Projekten
