JUNIOR EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT

• Record and maintain all financial transactions.
• Prepare Payment Vouchers and Receipt Vouchers.
• Manage and monitor Petty Cash.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Process supplier invoices.
• Verify Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices before processing payments.
• Prepare payment schedules for suppliers.
• Ensure payments are made according to their due dates.
• Review daily cash collections.
• Prepare Cash Collection reports.
• Perform daily bank-in transactions.
• Ensure daily cash collections are reconciled with sales records.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience.

• Own transportation.

• Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Apps.
