JUNIOR EXECUTIVE (ADMINISTRATION)

About the role

This is a Junior Executive – Administration role at AFTASAR (M) SDN BHD, located in Yong Peng, Johor. You will handle daily administration, filing and company documentation, manage licences, permits and renewals, and monitor assigned tasks and work progress of general workers. You will also monitor factory cleanliness, safety and overall condition, monitor cleanliness and general condition of company vehicles, and follow up pending matters and provide updates to management.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Responsible, proactive & takes ownership of tasks
• Organized and attentive to details
• Confident to communicate and follow up with workers
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to handle both office administration & on-site monitoring
