Junior Executive

Medina Corporate Advisory is seeking a responsible, organised and proactive Junior Operations Executive to support the Director in daily operational activities, banking matters and document handling. The successful candidate will assist with external errands, coordinate with bankers and relevant parties, and ensure that all operational tasks and document submissions are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with company banking matters, including corporate bank account opening and closure.

• Accompany the Director to banks and other institutions for official business matters.

• Deliver, collect and submit documents to banks, clients, the Director and relevant parties.

• Assist with daily company operations, administrative tasks and document management.

• Coordinate with bankers, clients and external parties regarding documentation and follow-up matters.

• Monitor document submissions and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Perform outdoor errands and other operational duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Possess own motorcycle or other suitable transportation and a valid driving licence.

• Willing to travel and perform outdoor errands as required.

• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and well-organised.

• Able to communicate professionally and follow instructions.

• Able to work independently and handle confidential company documents responsibly.
