Junior Executive (Construction / Quality Assurance / Real Estate Developer)

The Opportunity:

Our client is a reputable real estate developer, known for delivering quality developments and maintaining high standards in project execution. They are looking for a proactive Executive, Construction & Quality Management to join their team and support project delivery, quality inspections, and defect management activities.

The Job:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Support project teams in project completion, handover preparations, and occupancy milestones.
• Monitor and coordinate defect rectification works with contractors and consultants.
• Assist in quality assessments and inspections during project delivery and defect liability periods.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support the implementation of workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction, quality inspection, project coordination, site supervision, or defect management.
• Candidates with BCA-related certifications or familiarity with Singapore construction quality standards are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to residential projects is a must.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships, site experience, or BCA certifications may also be considered.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work on-site when required.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a keen interest in construction quality and project
