Position Title Junior Executive/ Executive SCM (Purchase)

Education –

• B. Com / M. Com or B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Life sciences.

Years of Experience –

• Min 2 Years – Max 5 Years

Industry –

• Preferably Biotech / Pharma / FMCG

Key Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, MS office, SAP knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• Creating PO as per user requirement and specification and getting shipments delivered from authorized vendors.
• Creating advance payments requests in SAP and getting it approved
• Documents filling after all the approval done
• SEZ documentation for capex and raw material procurement.
• Open PO follow up.
• Responsible for invoice clearance for GRN
• Material code creation in SAP (consumable and chemicals)
• Arranging shipments in proper storage condition and proper package from registered Vendors.
• Arranging COA, MSDS and other documents along with the shipments from vendors
• Responsible for arranging proper transportation for particular storage condition.
