Junior Executive-Graphics designer

ViaTerra Travel Gear Pvt. Ltd. is a travel and motorcycle riding gear company focused on designing and manufacturing high-quality, functional, and performance-driven products for riders and travellers. Our product range includes motorcycle riding gear, luggage systems, travel accessories, and related components.

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Graphics to support our Studio Functions and Maintenance Activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure all riding gear, luggage, apparel, accessories, and shoot essentials are always clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Maintain luggage in proper stuffed condition and ensure mounting straps, strap holders/keepers, rain covers, and inner liners are stored correctly. Store bags in transparent containers.
• Maintain riding jackets and pants with their specific armour and waist belts. Clean or dry-clean apparel as per the approved washing method and hang them properly.
• Organize base layers, rain gear, jerseys, T-shirts, socks, balaclavas, and other layers category-wise. Ensure regular washing after 2–3 uses.
• Maintain riding gloves, boots, and helmets. Apply leather conditioner where required, store helmets in helmet bags/sleeves, and use silica gel during the rainy season.
• Keep motorcycles clean and ready to ride. Maintain trip, kilometre, fuel, service, and usage records, including who has taken the bike and the purpose.
• Carry out basic motorcycle maintenance such as chain lubrication, hard-part installation, and basic checks. Report service or repair requirements on time.
• Prepare all assets required for shoots, including motorcycles, luggage mounting, hard-part installation, and complete riding-gear sets.
• Support the shoot team during shoots with lighting adjustments, setup, asset movement, and other on-ground requirements.
• Maintain overall studio discipline and ensure all assets are cleaned, checked, organized, and returned to their designated places after every shoot.
• Presentable, well-presented, and should have a pleasant and professional personality.
• Highly organized and should naturally keep products, equipment, and the studio neat and well-arranged.
• Proactive and should identify requirements in advance rather than waiting for instructions.
• Hands-on and comfortable working with motorcycles, luggage, riding gear, tools, and physical studio activities

Experience :- 0 to 2 years

Qualification:-Any Graduate

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
