Junior Executive, HR

Responsibilities

• Assist with general office administration and operations.
• Assist in all foreign workers related matters.
• Responsible for timely processing of payroll such as checking staff claims and monthly staff attendance.
• Assist in ensuring office cleanliness standards are maintained through daily inspections.
• To be responsible as part of facility team member.
• Liaise with security personnel and relevant parties to maintain a safe and secure workplace including access control, visitor management and incident follow-up.
• Assist in monthly company events and activities.
• To be responsible for order, monitor and distribute company T-shirt and PPEs.
• Manage all matters relating to training and employee welfare.
• To handle incoming calls or client enquiries.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and resolving minor issues.
• Intake and route employee concerns to HR Team.
• Lead on boarding sessions to integrate new employees into the company culture.
• To maintain proper filling and records of all HR related documents and ensuring its accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform any other ad-hoc Human Resource and Admin duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate.
• Work independently, positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
• No experience required.
• Able to start work as soon as possible.
