Junior Executive - HR

HR EXECUTIVE – CIVIL & CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Industry: Civil & Construction
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR activities at project/site locations.
• Manage employee recruitment, screening, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Manage attendance, leave, and manpower records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and salary-related information.
• Handle employee onboarding and induction.
• Coordinate EPF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Support labour law and company policy compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain good employee relations.
• Coordinate with project/site managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS using MS Excel.
• Support employee welfare, engagement, and disciplinary activities.
• Coordinate transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
• Maintain proper HR documentation as per company requirements.

Candidate Preference:

• Candidates with Civil & Construction industry experience preferred.
• Tamil-speaking candidates preferred.
• Language skills: Tamil, Kannada, and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
