Junior Executive - HR

• Employee Lifecycle & Administration
• Handle HR onboarding formalities including:
• Offer documentation
• Joining kits and employee records
• Employee ID creation and system entries
• Maintainemployee master data, personnel files, and digital HR records.
• Manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Coordinate full & final settlement documentation.
• Attendance, Leave & Shift Management
• Manage daily attendance, shift rosters, and leave recordsfor plant employees.
• Coordinate with production and plant heads for manpower tracking.
• Ensure accurate data flow to payroll team.
• Employee Engagement & Discipline Support
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Assist in grievance handling and discipline documentation as guided by HR Manager.
• Promote adherence to company HR policies and code of conduct.
• Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
• Experience
• 1-2 yearsof experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
• Mandatory exposure to manufacturing / plant HR operations
• Experience in solar / electronics / semiconductor / large process industriespreferred.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
