Junior Executive - Human Resource

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hostel management, including accommodation allocation, inspections, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with company hostel rules.
• Assist in payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related information accurately and on time.
• Assist in coordinating training programmes, employee engagement activities, and company events.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support daily HR administrative functions and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel occasionally when required.
