JUNIOR EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES

About the role

MST Golf Company is looking for a Junior Executive, Human Resources who is eager to learn and grow together with our Team MST. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people operations and able to manage day-to-day HR and administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
2. Assist in coordinating company activities, projects, and initiatives.
3. Prepare reports, records, and documentation for management review.
4. Maintain accurate filing systems and employee / operational records.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for assigned tasks.
6. Support data entry, tracking, and updating of relevant databases.
7. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
8. Monitor progress of assigned tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
9. Handle employee / customer / internal enquiries professionally and promptly.
10. Support implementation and improvement of department processes and procedures.
11. Support HR daily operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
