Role Brief:

Support SFA systems to ensure system reliability, data integrity, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement, while providing application support, training, and coordination of system enhancements across business divisions.

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification is required.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in business application support, SFA, CRM, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience working with SAP integrated environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting mobile or cloud-based business applications and Power BI & automations expertise
• Exposure to sales, distribution, healthcare, FMCG, or merchandising operations would be advantageous.
• Good communications skills required in English and Sinhala or Tamil to interact with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
• Ability to work independently.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of SFA systems across Consumer, Healthcare, and other business divisions.
• Monitor system availability, data synchronization, and application performance.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Coordinate periodic system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with established business processes and operational standards.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master and transactional data
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI, or related reporting tools.
• Participate in project implementations, upgrades, and new solution deployments.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for sales teams & conduct user trainings
