Job Summary

The Lab Assistant is responsible for assisting in laboratory activities, supporting the machine operator and production helper, monitoring product quality, and ensuring smooth production operations in the manufacturing of silicone sealants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in laboratory testing and quality checking of raw materials and finished products.
• Support the Machine Operator during silicone sealant manufacturing and machine operations.
• Assist the Production Helper in material handling, mixing, filling, packing, and other production activities as required.
• Help in measuring and preparing raw materials according to production requirements and instructions.
• Monitor product consistency and report any quality-related issues to the Production Manager.
• Collect samples during production and assist in conducting basic quality tests.
• Maintain laboratory records, test results, and production-related documents.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the laboratory and production areas.
• Follow safety procedures while handling chemicals, operating near machinery, and performing production activities.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Perform other laboratory and production-related duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
