Junior Executive Procurement

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services in accordance with company requirements and budgets.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices and commercial terms, and prepare purchasing recommendations to support cost-effective procurement.

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining accurate supplier records.

• Coordinate with Sales on supplier pricing, market information, and purchasing requirements to support business decisions.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, material availability, lead times, and commercial terms.

• Monitor supplier pricing and market trends, identify significant price changes, and maintain accurate quotation records and pricing data.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Language: English and Malay. Mandarin or other languages as an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, Intermediate /advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-Lookup, etc.)
• Experience managing vendors; extreme customer focus, both internal & and external, and a collaborative team player
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good planning, coordination, and time management skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
