Key Responsibilities:

Monitor in-process and finished product quality as per specifications.

• Ensure GMP, hygiene, and food safety compliance throughout operations.
• Conduct RM/PM quality inspections and approvals through SAP.
• Monitor production process parameters and verify compliance.
• Verify plant cleaning, sanitation, and line clearance as per schedule.
• Maintain QA records, reports, and documentation.
• Support complaint investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and CAPA.
• Monitor microbiological testing and factory pest control activities.
• Verify equipment calibration and performance.
• Verify process controls, OPRPs, and CCPs as per defined frequency.
• Support internal and external audits and verify compliance requirements.
• Conduct on-the-job training for manufacturing and hygiene workers.
• Conduct shelf-life evaluations and testing.
• Support new product development and packaging plant trials
