Junior Executive/Executive

Responsibilities

Accounting Transaction Processing

• Perform daily purchase and sales entries for multiple entities/Units Record payment and receipt entries accurately on a daily basis Ensure all accounting records are updated and properly reconciled.

Bank Financial Reconciliation

• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly with no pending unreconciled items. Perform inter-division reconciliations and review monthly. Conduct debtor trial reconciliations for units as required

Stock Costing Activities

• Prepare monthly stock statements, verify receipts, issues, and consumption. Validate production data and finalize inventory valuation for accounts

Financial Closing Reporting

• Support monthly account finalization within defined timelines. Prepare Profit Loss Account and Balance Sheet. Contribute to annual performance reports and financial analysis

Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and manage GSTR filings and reconciliations for multiple entities. Handle TDS (Section 195) workings and outward remittance compliance on a quarterly basis. Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements

Audit Coordination

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and financial audits. Maintain proper documentation and provide required data for audit verification.

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, and Statutory Compliance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
