Junior Facility Manager

Titan Home Products makes garage hardware. Our Burbank warehouse connects to our creative space, and we're carving out part of it for creative work and for testing a new modular garage system we're building. We're looking for someone to help our Warehouse Lead keep the whole place running, and to help us build what's next.

In any given week, you might unload a delivery on the forklift, pack and ship orders, and help a contractor who walks in looking for brackets. You'll swap light bulbs, fix a shelf, set up a new corner of the creative space and put together some of our hardware to help test the new system. It's still a warehouse, so some days mean sweeping, cleaning up and dealing with the occasional rat. Every so often you'll help out at a trade show or set up a new facility, sometimes driving a truck full of our gear to the Midwest.

To do that well, you'll need a current forklift certification and hands-on experience driving one, plus at least two years in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, facilities or similar hands-on work. You should be comfortable with hand and power tools, able to lift 60 lbs, and fine being on your feet (and up a ladder) most of the day. You'll also need a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and no problem with a long drive now and then.

Just as important is how you work. We need someone who shows up, and who texts us right away when life happens instead of going quiet. You see what needs doing and do it, you keep the Warehouse Lead in the loop, and you're friendly and clear with coworkers and customers. Some days start early or run late; when they do, it's paid overtime.

It's a big plus if you're the friend everyone calls to fix things, or you just love building stuff and your garage is full of projects. Knowing garage, home improvement or hardware products helps, as does time around a creative space or studio, retail or customer-facing work, or driving a box truck. And if you'd like to grow into a lead role someday, even better: we're expanding, and we'd rather promote someone who's been here.

The job pays $25 an hour plus overtime under California law. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, though some days shift earlier or later. Travel is occasional, and we cover the costs. You'll report to our Warehouse Lead. One fair warning: the warehouse isn't climate controlled.
