Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s financial records, including bookkeeping, reporting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and update the company on any new rules or changes.
• Handle tax filing, reconciliation, and audits (PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25, VAT, etc.).
• Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Create budgets, manage cash flow, and monitor expenditures.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance and taxation, preferably in tech or a fast-paced industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication and fluency in English.
