Junior Field Supervisor

Position Description

As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for qualifying the execution of flooring and tile installation as sold via our sales team. Applicants must be able to balance relationships with the trade-laborers being supervised, and our end-users/customers. The majority of a field supervisors time will be spent 'on-the-road' checking in on ongoing installations, monitoring overall site progress, and actively updating our construction schedules/road maps. Organization, effective communication, and responsiveness are key components for success in this role.

Finish construction experience is preferred, but all candidates hired will receive an 'apprenticeship'-style 'ride-along' training period with a current Aldo Design Group Field Supervisor, as well as other industry-relevant training in the products and systems our company offers.

Responsibilities

• Visit ongoing construction project sites daily to certify quality of work being performed, update schedules, attend construction meetings, etc.
• Measure and pre-qualify existing conditions at ongoing construction projects to confirm they are ready for finish trade installation.
• Meet with homeowners and end users to resolve post-installation defects, if any.
• Pick-up and delivery of minor supplies and sundries as needed.
• Maintain relationships and communication with Aldo Design Group subcontracted installers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
