Junior Finance & Admin Account

Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and responsible Junior Admin Accounts Executive to support the company's daily administrative and financial operations. This role involves handling the company's payments to suppliers, preparing invoices and managing basic documentation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling the company's financial transactions including supplier/vendor payments, company expenses, management-related disbursements, etc.
• Prepare and issue accounting related documents (Payment Voucher, Purchase Order, Invoice, etc.).
• Manage company expenses claim and proper documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and records for financial and administrative documents.
• Assist with basic HR administrative tasks such as staff records and basic documentations.
• Handle general administrative paperwork and coordination.
• Assist with company operational documentation and records when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, applicants with working experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google related apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Proficient in English/Mandarin (speaking and writing).
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Responsible, detailed-oriented, multitask and become a team player.

Additional Work Details

• Able to start work immediately / 1 month notice
• Work location: Seri Kembangan (preferably if can drive)
