What You’ll Do

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable and Payable operations
• Process sales invoices and outlet sales data accurately
• Reconcile bank deposits, receipts, and payments
• Issue invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Ensure POS and SAP data are correctly recorded
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing
• Liaise with banks and internal teams on finance matters
• Prepare monthly financial reports

What We’re Looking For

• SPM, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or related field
• Mandarin proficiency preferred (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Good MS Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
