Junior Finance

What You'll Do:

1. Manage payment, receipt, and company financial transactions accurately and on time.

2. Monitor cash flow and the use of operational and project budgets.

3. Handle client invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.

4. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgeting, and company expenses on a regular basis.

5. Manager and ensure the completeness and tidiness of financial transaction documents.

6. Ensure financial recording and tax administration are in accordance with applicable procedures.

7. Coordinate with internal departements, clients, vendors, banks, and external parties regarding financial and administrative needs.

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimal S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

3. Understand the basics of accounting financial management, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and tax administration.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience using Odoo or accounting/finance software, and able to conduct analysis and processing of financial data.

5. Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines, with good administrative, communication, and coordination skills.

6. Own laptop.

7. Willing to work onsite.
