Junior Finance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and accounting entries accurately.
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Prepare reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Assist with audits and other finance-related documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with China customers and business associates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
