Junior Finance Executive

Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Executive – Accounts to support the Finance & Accounts team in daily accounting operations, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and financial record management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that accounting transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and properly maintained in accordance with company procedures and applicable accounting requirements.

General /Role Overview:

1. Perform monthly reconciliation for:

• Bank accounts
• Supplier accounts
• Inter-company accounts

Prepare and post monthly Journal Vouchers (JV) for:

• Payroll
• Depreciation
• Sales
• Back charges
• Other accounting transactions

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents.

4. Assist in monitoring and reconciling outstanding balances and investigate discrepancies.

5. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

6. Assist in preparing monthly accounting schedules and reports.

7. Perform month-end closing activities and ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded.

8. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of invoices, payment documents, receipts, Journal Vouchers and other accounting documents.

9)Assist in checking accounting transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and

completeness.

• Perform any other accounting duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
