About the Role
The CFO is looking for someone who can take ownership of day to day finance operations, managing a small team of 2 this is a hands-on role where you will have responsibility for;

• Lead month-end close, multi-currency consolidations, and complex balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own global financial operations including billing, payroll, accounts, and tax.
• Design, document, and enforce group-wide internal controls and governance policies.
• Direct annual external audits and prepare accurate statutory financial statements.
• Implement automated finance tools, ERP enhancements, and AI-driven process improvements.

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

• Qualified CA / CPA with strong commercial financial management experience.
• Ideally in multi-currency group consolidations, financial systems, and control environments.
• Happy to roll your sleeves up and get into the weeds
• Exceptional stakeholder communication with strong problem-solving and commercial sense-checking abilities.
• Tech-savvy mindset with demonstrated capability driving process automation and systems improvements.
