Junior Financial Controller

We’re looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Sofia!

If you’re comfortable working with numbers, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy understanding what sits behind financial transactions and cash flows, this could be a great next step for you.

As our Junior Financial Controller , you’ll be part of our Finance team and work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of an international and fast-moving company.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and monitoring detailed daily balances and cash flow breakdowns

• Preparing daily reconciliation reports across different markets and providers

• Investigating discrepancies and identifying issues in transactions, calculations, reports, and financial data

• Escalating operational, transactional, and finance-related issues when necessary

• Identifying opportunities to improve and optimize existing financial processes and reports

• Preparing financial reports, analyses, presentations, and other materials

• Supporting the monitoring of the company’s financial operations

• Supporting global cash flow management and payment schedules

• Maintaining communication with banks, external providers, and other partners

• Working closely with colleagues across the company to ensure accurate and timely financial information

What we’re looking for:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration , or another relevant field

• Previous experience with financial transactions

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate their root cause

• Confident working with financial data and reports

Fluent English , both written and spoken

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
