Junior Financial Controller | AdTech

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Controller (CPA) to join a growing global AdTech company.

This is a great opportunity for a CPA with 1–2 years of relevant experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on financial experience in a dynamic technology environment.

The role combines financial reporting, accounting, financial analysis, and day-to-day finance operations, with exposure to international business activities and collaboration with senior finance professionals and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue recognition processes.
• Assist with financial reporting related to international operations and multiple currencies.
• Work with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
• Support improvements in financial processes, internal controls, and reporting tools.
• Assist with financial automation initiatives and the implementation of new systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification – mandatory.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work on-site in Tel Aviv.
